Hey I’m Meghan! I live in New York City (a dream of mine since I was little that has now come true). I love all things health, wellness, fitness, and aspiring to be the best version of myself. You can usually find me listening to a fitness/health wellness/science podcast (Huberman Lab, Mindpump, Dr. Hyman Show) if I’m not playing music to set the vibe right (Recently saw Royel Otis in concert in NYC and it was !!!!!!—also looove house music and a good rooftop). Aiming to live a life of adventure—always trying to find time to surf, snowboard, or catch a flight. I love solo travel and have gone on a number of international and domestic trips by myself, and have met so many amazing people along the way. I’m the kind of person who doesn’t like to sit around and chill on a vacation—I want to get out and do adventurous things! I have trouble sitting still when I could be playing lol. I love to wake up early and be productive, also a huge fan of reading—literally ANYTHING (even an organic chemistry textbook lol)—as I love learning. I have a regular fitness routine of strength training, running, rock climbing (for fun), and yoga that gives me so much life, and I truly look forward to my workouts each day. This blog is all about forming a community to live our best lives. Since I was a kid, I have loved creating content, so now I am finally putting it out there.
