Eat food that makes you feel good
Walk daily
Drink a lot of water
Aim for at least 8 hours of sleep (meaning get in bed 9 hours before you need to wake up)
Practice meditation or breathwork daily
Get a PEMF mat (I like to do my meditation or breathwork on mine)
Skip daily (skipping is a great form of exercise that can especially help us as we age)
Put salt in your water
Eat eggs—they have choline and iodine in them which is really good for you
Get a gym membership
