Disclaimer that I am not a doctor, just a human sharing what has worked for me.

  1. Eat food that makes you feel good

  2. Walk daily

  3. Drink a lot of water

  4. Aim for at least 8 hours of sleep (meaning get in bed 9 hours before you need to wake up)

  5. Practice meditation or breathwork daily

  6. Get a PEMF mat (I like to do my meditation or breathwork on mine)

  7. Skip daily (skipping is a great form of exercise that can especially help us as we age)

  8. Put salt in your water

  9. Eat eggs—they have choline and iodine in them which is really good for you

  10. Get a gym membership

  11. Strength train
